Our goal is create a comforting, easeful, and pleasurable experience for you here at Lunar View Optometry. Dr. Chishty’s dream is to create a legacy here in Moraga for generations of healthy eyes to come.
For 20 years She has proudly served the Central Valley and Bay Area communities, providing eye care with passion, skill, and dedication. Dr. Chishty earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UC Davis and completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at UC Berkeley in 2006. She grew up in Stockton, California, alongside her two sisters and supportive parents.
Dr. Mahrukh Chishty
A California native, Allyssa first started working in optometry in 2014. As a nursing student, she was fascinated by the impact that eyecare has on patient’s health and quality of life. In 2019 she began working alongside Dr. Mahrukh Chishty, and was astounded by her work ethic and genuine care for her patients. After completing her degree in nursing, she was inspired to serve our local community via preventative care for one of our most vital senses- our eyes.
Allyssa
Coming from a balanced background, she has woven together her experience in clinics, a leading research hospital, and local eyewear boutiques. She is passionate about finding you the perfect frames, and selecting a lens that gives you the best vision. In her personal time Annalise enjoys going to the river, crafting, and spending time with her family.
